The large surface area HEPA filters supplied have been designed for larger quantities of air than the corresponding HP type filters. This greater capacity is created by the unique spacers pleated into the filter, which allows the pleats to be laid very close together. As a result fewer filters are needed for new systems, which means less space and swifter fitting. In existing systems the life of the filter is prolonged considerably and energy costs noticeably reduced.
